1Problem

Owners and staff worked across fragmented tools, leaving service requests without clear ownership. The existing platform lacked multi-branch management and role-based controls, and its information architecture made core workflows hard to navigate.

2Solution

A centralized admin dashboard where admins manage branches, roles, and permissions and configure the staff app, all in one place. We restructured the information architecture and streamlined navigation to reduce cognitive load.

The guiding principle behind complex systems

1Problem

The space needed an identity that could work as both a co-working space and a café without feeling corporate or too casual. It had no cohesive visual language, so its physical and digital touchpoints felt disconnected and did not show the flexible, community-driven experience it offers.

2Solution

A modular brand identity system built on a clear logo, typography, and colour palette, with flexible graphic elements that adapt across signage, menus, and social media. We established brand guidelines and a consistent digital presence to unify every touchpoint, balancing structure with openness so the brand feels professional yet approachable.
