Since this project require the users to provide sensitive, information, the user experience should ideally focus on building trust and ensuring accessibility through intuitive navigation. It should also include complex data presented in a simplistic manner that doesn’t intimidate and overwhelm the user, as handling health concerns can be emotionally taxing. Design decisions should reflect an understanding of cognitive load and information hierarchy to support the application’s intended purpose.
